Reegan was a clever accomplice of General Carrington.
Biography[]
He captured the three astronaut Alien Ambassadors and took them to his own laboratory, where he employed Doctor Lennox and soon imprisoned Elisabeth Shaw, who both examined the creatures and developed a Translation device. When hearing about Professor Bruno Taltalian worrying about his survival, he used a Briefcase Time Bomb to kill him.
He interfered with Space Centre affairs including adding to much M3 Variant to the Recovery 7 shuttle containing the Doctor and later choked the Doctor while in the decontamination unit. He captured the Doctor and used him as help to create the translator after he killed Lennox, using an Isotope, for escaping.
Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart broke into his laboratory and shot his hand. He was then captured by UNIT soldiers.
